Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.

All information, data, text, images, and materials uploaded or shared on the Platform.

medzone reserves the right to verify the identity and credentials of all Users, particularly those claiming to be medical manufacturers or distributors.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Engaging in illegal activities or promoting illegal products
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfering with the Platform's operation or security

5.1 User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant medzone a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the Service.

All content must be accurate, professional, and comply with applicable laws and regulations, including medical device regulations and advertising standards.

5.3 Content Moderation

medzone reserves the right to review, modify, or remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate for the Platform.

6.1 Subscription Fees

Access to certain Platform features requires payment of a one-time subscription fee of $10 USD for lifetime access. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. medzone does not store payment card information.

6.3 Taxes

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their use of the Platform or transactions conducted through it.

8.1 Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime or technical issues.

8.2 User Interactions

medzone is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of Users to complete transactions.

8.3 Damages

In no event shall medzone be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

9.2 Termination by medzone

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Platform or other Users.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.
