Refers to the medLinker website, mobile applications, and all related services.

"User"

Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.

"Manufacturer"

A User who produces or supplies medical equipment, devices, or supplies.

"Distributor"

A User who distributes, resells, or markets medical products.

"Content"

All information, data, text, images, and materials uploaded or shared on the Platform.

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Verification

medLinker reserves the right to verify the identity and credentials of all Users, particularly those claiming to be medical manufacturers or distributors.

4.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is intended for legitimate business purposes related to the medical equipment and supplies industry. Users may connect, communicate, and conduct business transactions through the Platform.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Engaging in illegal activities or promoting illegal products
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfering with the Platform's operation or security

5.1 User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant medLinker a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Content Standards

All content must be accurate, professional, and comply with applicable laws and regulations, including medical device regulations and advertising standards.

5.3 Content Moderation

medLinker reserves the right to review, modify, or remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate for the Platform.

6.1 Subscription Fees

Access to certain Platform features requires payment of a one-time subscription fee of $10 USD for lifetime access. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. medLinker does not store payment card information.

6.3 Taxes

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their use of the Platform or transactions conducted through it.

8.1 Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime or technical issues.

8.2 User Interactions

medLinker is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of Users to complete transactions.

8.3 Damages

In no event shall medLinker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

9.2 Termination by medLinker

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Platform or other Users.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.
